Plus, since the 5hp LPG does not require ethanol or gas, this propane outboard requires almost zero maintenance on fuel related components. This unit is portable with a 15" shaft length that make it great for large canoes, small tenders and inflatables.
It has a 40 HP Tohatsu on it. I've had the boat and motor for about 10 years now. I have a 18' Lund with a 115 Yamaha on it. I would consider the Tohatsu a better motor than the Yamaha for dependability. I've never had to do anything other than normal maintenance on the Tohatsu.
